Around 3 years back i was hit by a flu after which my eyes stopped producing tears,I can't produce any tears while i cry or cut an onion,though over these 3 years my eyes have improved.I have tried allopathy and it never worked,can homeopathy help me? I really want to be able to produce tears again

I am facing Tinitus in left ear and something like blockage in ear. It's been 6 months now still Tinitus sii sii siii sound is happeing in left ear. It is slow but it did not reducing. It happens cause of cold in last November and form nose all cold goes in ear and Tinitus starts happening. Allergies high igt test700. I have taken homeopsthy but Tinitus not stoppiing. I m a Chronic IBS DIARRHEA patient..My periods had been less for the last few months.my period cycle is on 27th or 28th or 30th day .. This month also for the first day it was very less... So on the second and third day i took homeopathy pulsatilla 200 to generate the flow... After that though it was not too heavy but its not stopping.today its 6th day,and yet it feels like it will go for few more days...
