My friend 32 unmarried is having irregular periods problem earlier periods were delayed but now periods come on time every month but now from last 2 months first 1-2 days she gets spotting then actual period starts Why is this happening?? Any remedy for this ? Which homeopathy medicine she should take so that her period starts instead of spotting and she gets good flow ?? She doesn't have any other problem no pain nothing at all!! Please suggest something

One doctor in this practo platform has advised me to take hydrophobinum  1000ch , 1 dose   due to feeling Sudden urge of urine and leakage of urine  whenever I open water tap for washing my hand ,clothes or other purpose which requires stream of water. I have multiple cysts on scalp. Most of them are really tiny. One is slightly larger about 1.5cm-2cm..they are all hard in texture but cause no pain or irritation..but since one has grown in size i'm worried it'll grow further and wont be hidden under hair anymore...i have had the largest one for 6-7 years now and tiny ones came up after that. My Hemoglobin level is 11.6, Lipid profile is good and KFT profile is also good and in LFT Bilirubin is 1.7 is high and CRP is 10 . Rest all are good. Why this is happening plz tell me.
