Hello, based on your symptoms , it just doesn't looks like a functional issue. The deeper issue must be diagnosed first. Merc Sol is one of the remedies for such symptoms but not the only remedy.
Only a detailed case taking will help me know what is really wrong with you. If there is a requirement then the blood tests must be done. And remedy must be prescribed.
