Hello, motion sickness can be usually avoided by taking very light food before starting, also do not read or watch your mobile during travel that can trigger motion sickness. Preferably look at the roads. The oxygen levels reduce as we go to higher altitudes - so open the windows of your car to get fresh air. Also, keep your Haemoglobin levels in normal range.
