It requires surgical removal as there are chances for ovarian twists or rupture of cyst. It is a big cyst size.
If you are willing to take that risk then go for treatment with medicine else my recommendation is go for surgery. Get it removed and after surgery go for homeopathy treatment to avoid recurrence and to get completely cured.
