Hello i am having chronic non healing fissure from past 5years i tried everything ayurvedic, allopathy looking for permanent solution doctors are suggesting surgery is the permanent option but i saw even after surgery problem persist, I read lots of review of the people even after surgery struggling to heal there fissure , I drink 3 litre water , eat salad avoid junk and oily spicy food still facing severe pain while defecation and pain remains 7-8 hours after that please if genuinely anyone can help which gives the permanent relief you are welcome kindly respect humanity don't come up with non working solutions for sake of money i have already wasted more than 50k+ in trial error I don't want any trial error if anyone can help with guarantee that this will work than you are welcome . 🙏 THANKS
