I have retina tear and taking hemopathy medicine for that.when i wash my with water it's become red so  retina tear can go more big with washing eye please tell me.

Dear sir , From last 1year i m suffering from piles . Earlier have bleeding but now have only massa at anus . In the morning , massa size is very tiny but gradually it increase . Apart from this , have gas problem especially 2nd half of the days. Once gas form in stomach feel uneasy sometimes.
