Hello! Sometimes after workout, my heartbeat goes up and I feel something bad is about to happen to me. Like I would faint. I also get tensed. My BP is 135/78 Random blood sugar is 77 Vitamin D is 10 Cbc Blood report is normal. Deep breathing helps me relax after that. But I am not sure why this is happening. Please guide me. Thanks.

I have suffering with small pox today is 3rd day and today it's on full intensity. I checked with local homeopathy Dr here . He gave me Bio Combination 14 tablets. In bottle it's written it's for measles . Can this medicine be used to cure smallpox/chickenpox as well. Or it can normally go on its own after a week. I am having body pain and low fever(100) at night for that am taking paracetamol as well.
