Asking for a friend she is 33 years old unmarried My friend is having irregular periods problem her periods get delayed.. She is having this irregular periods problem post covid  earlier she never faced irregular periods problem her cycle was normal and periods always came on time... currently she is in other country and consulted a doctor who prescribed her Crotalus Horridus LM 3 potency...... On taking Crotalus Horridus in starting she got her periods on time but from last 2 months she is again having irregular periods her periods are getting delayed.... I have been experiencing ear pain and consulted a doctor online. The doctor prescribed me three medicines: Pulsatilla 30 (2 drops in a tablespoon of water), Hepar sulph 30 (2 drops in a tablespoon of water), and Kali mur 6x (4 tablets) to be taken three times a day. I have been taking these medicines without water, but every time I take them, I experience a headache the next day. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, and I would appreciate it if someone could tell me the reason for the headache, as it is making it difficult for me to continue taking the medicine.

Hello My Brother took silicea 1m single dose for constipation...his problem was solved but every morning he has a urge to poop ...the poop has also changed color...he has cpmparitively less appetite now...is it normal ?
