I've been dealing with long term anxiety issue due to alot of problems at home and other health issues in past..due to which I'm not able to concentrate properly at all..and I've confidence issues..so what should I do to get rid of such fears?

मैं 18 प्लस का लड़का हूं और मेरी हाइट 6 पॉइंट एक है। मैं बचपन से बहुत पतला दुबला था। इसी कारण से मुझे 16 साल की उम्र में एक डॉक्टर द्वारा रेकमेंडेड किया गया था। डॉक्टर गुड हेल्थ जो कि फिलहाल में बंद हो चुका है। एस्टेरॉयड के कारण व उससे मेरा वेट कुछ जैन हुआ था, लेकिन वापस वह चला गया और कुछ वेट रह गया, लेकिन सब टेस्ट करने के बाद में मेरा वेट नॉर्मल मतलब सब टेस्ट नॉर्मल है। मेरा फिर भी मेरा वेट गेन नहीं हो रहा। मैं बहुत डॉक्टर को दिखाया। एलोपैथी होम्योपैथी उन लोगों ने बहुत सारा दवाई दिया। होममेड यह सब लेकिन कोई काम नहीं किया। मुझे जानना है कि क्यों ऐसा हो रहा है कि मेरा वेट के नहीं हो रहा। मैं अभी 40 क का हूं। 6.1 हाइट है मेरा तो कृपया हेल्प करें मेराऔर मेरा वेट दवाई खाने के बाद भी कुछ परसेंट भी नहीं भरा जो कि नॉर्मल लोगों का 1 महीने में 1 क या फिर आधा केजी वेट भर जाता है। मेरा तो कुछ नहीं भरा था। दवाई खाने के बाद भी और खाता हूं। मैं तीन टाइम दिन में फिर भी वेट गेन नहीं होता और गैस भी बनता है। पेट में मेरा थायराइड बहुत सारा टेस्ट है जिसका मेरे पास है अभी लेकिन हो सब नॉर्मल है। डॉक्टर ने क
