I am taking five 3x so can I take kali phos 6x along with five phos 3x. Five phos also contains kali phos 3x so can I use kali phos 6 along this.

My father had cough in chest allopathic medicine going on but still no relief yesterday night they unable to sleep due to coughing Kindly suggest medicine

Dear Sir/ Mam , My daughter is 5.5 yrs old and when she was 4 , she was diagnosed with adenoids in her nose. Due to which she is off and On on steroids and snores badly through her mouth.
