My father had cough in chest allopathic medicine going on but still no relief yesterday night they unable to sleep due to coughing Kindly suggest medicine

Dear Sir/ Mam , My daughter is 5.5 yrs old and when she was 4 , she was diagnosed with adenoids in her nose. Due to which she is off and On on steroids and snores badly through her mouth. I'm on homeopathic treatment for alopecia and have been advised not to use any handwash, but accidentally I used a savlon natural handwash with aloe vera in it. I immediately washed it as soon as I realised. Will something happen? I haven't had my today's dose yet.
