I've started taking homeopathic medicines for my alopecia, and my doctor said just to avoid coffee and soft drinks but told me I could take tea. Is it fine?

I have taken Acidum Phosphoricum 200 CH 50-60 Globules (30 Size) at a time and Selenium 200 CH 50-60 Globules (30 Size) at a time. I am feeling a little bit pain and heaviness in my back and weakness. Will it cause any problem in my kidney or any harmful effect on any part of my body? What should I do now?
