Homeopathy

Hi, I've recently had a hole in my retina which was treated with a laser barrage. However I had developed eye floaters and was told to just learn to live with it. I was wondering if anyone has been able to treat it with homeopathy? I have not been able to find case studies even though a lot of doctor are claiming to be able to treat it. I'm looking for evidence based answers. PS- I am not asking anyone to disclose personal information but only want to know any doctor has treated it and found success. Hopefully will get honest answers.

I've started taking homeopathic medicines for my alopecia, and my doctor said just to avoid coffee and soft drinks but told me I could take tea. Is it fine?
