How should I take phosphorus CM for treating hairfall. My hair has been shedding since 6 months amd all the tests are normal, there is no deficiency.

I went to homeopathy doctor for anxiety. He gave me pills of sugar granules and some kind of powder in powdered form and asked me to eat that powder. Did it contain steroid???
