Can I take Hapro IAR drops 3 for backache and leg muscle pain if I'm taking other medicines like bp, sugar, etc? Does it interact with the other medicines? Do i need to take any kind of precautions?

I have been taking homeopathic medicines for excessive white discharge from one doctor for 2.5 months. Now I'm taking homeopathic medicines for excessive white discharge since 4 days from another doctor. With the first doctor my periods were on time (I've had regular cycle of 32 days). This time my period is delayed. Could homeopathic medicines for white discharge delay periods by any chance ?
