I am getting frequent cold because of small small resons like Weather Change, Dust, Fog,Pollen,Pet Hair etc..I got rid of this earlier using Homeopathy. Want to follow once again..please advise

I have knee pain after squat exercise... I felt little pain, stiffness, crackling sound in my knee. I think I have little miniscus tear. I have already done X-RAY.. doctor said everything is ok.. how to treat my knee...

I am 29 years old male. Since childhood I feel sudden intense urge of urine followed by little leakage of urine, urge is so intense that I rush to the toilet . Urine C/S report, USG, urodynamic report normal. I consulted many homeopathy doctor who took 1 hour case history but still no 1% percent improve. Classical homeopath ( constitutional and anti-miasmatic , single medicine of 50millesimel given but no result), modern homeopath ( at a time 3-4 complementary medicines which includes Q , biochemic and of course Potency) but all fail. I am taking homeopathy treatment from last 8 years from different doctor and I have given 6 month time to every doctor but all in vain. I have spent  almost 70 thousands rupee by taking 8 years homeopathy treatment from different doctor in kolkata.So, my question now what I should do?? I should take the truth ( We must endure what we can't cure).

Straining during bowel movement can cause hital hernia plz tell me i strains during bowel movement so I am worried.

I got Covid in Jan and after that I got vertigo.. I had post nasal drip and would cough up small white mucus phlegm or Stringy white jelly like phlegm. A month later I developed tinnitus in my left ear and it hasn't gone in 9 months.. I get fleeting tickling sensation or feeling pain in my ear sometimes.. I went to ENt.. he said there is some fluid in my ears because when he pressed my neck the sound would go away in my ear.. also we did tympanometry test which indicated some fluid and mild hearing loss in my left ear (tinnitus ear) All these symptoms are still persisting 11 months later.. when I do pranayama.. mucous comes out as I have to strain to exhale from my right nostril mostly .. sometimes through left as well.. clears up for sometime and then I get nasal congestion again and the sound in my ear increases again.. Because of all of this - I've some mild anxiety as well.. please help. I also did steam inhalation

I undertook proctoscopic inspection from General surgeon. The findings were fissure & internal grade 2 haemorrhoids. Can homeopathy completely cure both thr issues or just manage them?

I'm planning to get homeopathy treatment for my chronic skin problem in my groin area but recently I've been taking a synthetic thyroid hormone tablet for my thyroid level deficiency as prescribed by my general physician! Will it be okay to start the homeopathy treatment now or will it affect the allopathic medicine that I'm taking? Kindly someone please comment on this!

Hello doctors my friend height is 4 '11"and she is 17.she want to increase height as this is. Not a very good height what measures and supplements she can take to increase height..please suggest some measures to increase height.Dont say consult.

Is there any medicine to increase blood oxygen level. Sometimes due to infection or travelling in higher altitude causes fall in blood oxygen saturation. Any homeopathic medicine to help in that case ?
