Hi, I've been prescribed apis mel 1000CH to be taken every 3rd day for 10 doses by my homeopathy doctor for skin inflammation with swelling and edema. However, I've read that higher potencies are prescribed more for mental symptoms and lower potencies are used for physical symptoms. Moreover, I read that Apis 30 is to be used in cases of edema and tissue. Can anyone please advice.

My Husband had 14.8 mm kidney stone which was removed in aug through surgery which was due calcium doses he took. He recently had a ultrasound done for kub and has again formed 5.5 mm stone.
