Spondylitis depends on the age factor and severity of the damage
Diabetes also can be brought to a controlled level with continuous medication along with management of lifestyle but permanent reversal is not possible as there are certain factors associated with it

Diabetes can’t be cured - it’s controlled
Sinus and tonsillitis can be cured- polyps would have symptoms free periods
Spondylitis- damage done can’t be reverse but symptoms would be relieved with no further damage (stop the process )
