Hello! I understand your concern regarding multiple cysts on the scrotum that have been present for many years. Since they occasionally break and release a thick white fluid, these are most likely sebaceous cysts or epidermoid cysts. These cysts form due to clogged sebaceous glands, accumulation of keratin, or blocked hair follicles. While they are usually painless, they can sometimes enlarge, rupture, get infected, or cause discomfort over time. these are the possible Complications If Left Untreated: Recurrent rupture & leakage – This can lead to irritation or secondary bacterial infections. Increase in size & number – Some cysts tend to grow or spread over time. Hardening or calcification – Long-standing cysts may become firm and difficult to treat. Cosmetic concerns & discomfort – In some cases, the cysts can cause an uneven surface or slight discomfort. Homeopathy provides a safe, effective, and non-surgical approach to treating scrotal cysts by shrinking them, preventing new cysts from forming, and reducing the tendency for recurrence. Drains & dissolves cysts naturally without the need for surgery. Reduces inflammation & prevents infections in case of ruptured cysts. Regulates sebaceous gland function, preventing future cyst formation. Improves skin & tissue healing to prevent scarring. Since these cysts have been present for many years, they require personalized treatment based on their size, recurrence, and overall health factors. Self-medication is not advisable, as the right remedy depends on your individual case. I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to assess your condition and prescribe a customized homeopathic treatment plan for complete and long-term relief. Please book an appointment so we can help you heal naturally and prevent future complications. Wishing you good health and a smooth recovery! Regards Dr Jyoti Kadkol Health Global Homoeopathy clinic Vijaynagar Bangalore

It sounds like epidermoid cysts or sebaceous cysts on the scrotum. These are usually harmless, slow-growing, and filled with keratin or sebum. Since they have been present for many years and occasionally release thick white fluid, they might be recurrent cysts.
Next Steps
Some non-surgical Home Remedies are 1. To apply Warm Compresses to the area for 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily to encourage drainage. 2. Sitz bath with Tea Tree Oil (Diluted) or Apple Cider Vinegar (Diluted) may help prevent infection.
Health Tips
Along with these treatments follow these guidelines to help heal faster 1. keep the area clean and dry. 2. Avoid squeezing or popping the cysts (this can cause infection). 3. Use loose-fitting cotton underwear to reduce irritation. If the cysts are large, recurrent, or cosmetically bothersome, minor procedures like needle aspiration, laser therapy, or excision can remove them permanently. There are also homeopathy treatments available for the above.
