My 5yr daughter was healthy till 4.5yr it's been 6 month she is getting frequent cold cough.doctor suggested to go for adenoid xray after 2 month.can it be because of adenoid.does all adenoid require surgery.or can it be allergy cold.

No,it doesn't require surgery.
Just go for homoeopathic treatment,it will treat the cause.
Its very common in children & may be now your daughter's immunity is weak so that she is getting frequent cold & cough but we cannot ignore it just saying immunity weak, it has many other causes like pneumonia,asthma, sinusitis, allergies,adenoiditis,laryngitis.
