Not really... They are sweet in taste but do not contain Glucose as an content. Globules are made up of lactose.

Hello Globules doesn’t increase your sugar - because they not sugar globules they are made from goats milk that’s not harmful And alcohol is for preservation that’s very minute quantity it’s doesn’t touch your liver
