You can ask your doctor to dilute the medication and make in a dropper
Then you can give to your child directly over tongue or mixing in water
Also a three year old child is capable of taking globules, try to give him again
Hello,
Yes, it's absolutely fine to give homeopathic globules to your 3-year-old by dissolving them in 1–2 drops of clean water. This is a common and safe method, especially for small children who may not take the globules directly.
Please ensure:
The water used is clean.
The medicine is not mixed with food or juice.
It’s given on an empty stomach or at least 20–30 minutes before or after food.
The effectiveness of the remedy is not reduced when taken this way. You're doing it correctly, and there’s no need to worry.
Take care!

Add 4 to 5 pills or 2 to 3 drops in a 1/2 cup of Luke warm water (10 ml)..stir it properly and ask him to drink the water.
Even if he takes a few sips of the solution prepared....can be enough.
