I have mild phimosis. There is a slight foreskin tightening. There is also a bit of redness. For the phimosis part Allopathy doctors have recommended surgery or to keep it as it is. Since my case is mild and not urgent, I am looking if there are any treatments available for the same in homeopathy.

If you have been diagnosed with mild phimosis, surgery is not always the first option. Many mild cases can improve with conservative treatment such as a topical steroid cream prescribed by a doctor along with gentle foreskin stretching exercises over several weeks.
Homoeopathic treatment does not have strong scientific evidence to cure phimosis. If there is significant scarring, repeated infections, pain, difficulty passing urine, or if conservative treatment has already failed, the surgery recommended by the urologist may be the most effective option.
May I know:
* Can you retract the foreskin partially or not at all?
* Have you already tried a steroid cream? If yes, for how long?
* Do you have recurrent infections or difficulty passing urine?
Based on your answers, I can guide you further.
Health Tips
Until then, keep the area clean and dry, avoid forcefully retracting the foreskin, and avoid sexual activity( if your active) until the redness settles. If you develop severe pain, swelling, difficulty passing urine, or the foreskin gets stuck behind the glans, seek urgent medical care.
How long have you had phimosis? What does the affected skin look like? Is there any discharge, redness, or swelling? Do you have any urinary problems, such as difficulty passing urine, pain while urinating, or a weak urine stream?
Homoeopathy has treatment options for this condition. However, I will need a detailed case history to evaluate your condition properly and recommend the most appropriate treatment.
