I have allergic cough at night so I have to use inhaler sometimes for breathing. Can I continue doing so with homeopathy medicines that I've been taking for alopecia areata.

Homoeopathic treatment should be holistic. It is not like allopathy that you need many doctors for different diseases, in homoeopathy after detailed case history doctors select single medicine which should be constitutional and it would cure you completely. Not only a single ailment.
Next Steps
kindly book an appointment for the holistic treatment.

By one  Single homeopathy medication ,everything will cure. No need to take  separate medication for separate disease until it is very emergency. Details case taking needed.
