Hi, practo user, Homoeopathy is based on totality of symptoms of patient  to reach an appropriate medicine to act upon. One can not approve conium 30/200  without going through 'your case history, deeply and not on  your presentation, simply. Consult on practo for an appropriate medicine you need. Tke, care.

Brand is not an issue here. The medicine should match the case. There are 100 medicines for vertigo in homoeopathy.

Do not self medicate. It's harmful. It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively but you need an expert Homeopathic physician asap.
