You are already 17 years of age, which is when the growth in height stops. After this age growth in height is difficult. But, you can surely try improving the posture due which curvature of spine if more is reduced. This may add an inch or two. Would surely like to hear from you.

It’s difficult to increase at this age - height increase is possible before the fusion of bones are not completed
You being male the fusion is early than females 16-18 is the completion of fusion
You can still try 1-2 inch can possible.

In your family what is the average height of your elders your father your uncle mother...if its in your gene with proper nutrition and sports you would and could but other than that increasing height with medicine is not a good idea.
