Feverish feeling due to heat
Hi doctors, I'm not feeling well right now. I feel feverish, my breath and my palms feel hot. Also there is a bit of back pain at the joints. This happened after I was standing in a traffic jam for a long time in tremendous heat at around 1pm in the afternoon. After that I had entered an air conditioned room for a seminar, following which I was out on the road in the heat again. Could you please suggest what I should do, or what medication I can take? I don't want allopathic medicines that is why I'm asking here. I'm from Kolkata and I'm 33 years of age.

Heat these days is bad and one can be affected badly. Plus there is change in your atmosphere (Ac and sun) which does impact one. I would suggest whenever you are heated just don't enter the coolest room or for a shower. Let the body cool down naturally and then enter this. Because our body has its process of maintaining its body temperature. Apart from it, please stay hydrated, cover yourself when exposed to sun , use umbrella, cap and goggles. And if the heat still affects your body you can consult a Homeopath for it.

It looks like a heat stroke . Your body need some rest.
You can take Ferrum phos 6x 3 tablets twice a day for 3 days. Then stop the medicine.
Along with that pls do the following -
Please take plenty of water
Electrol powder in water thrice a day
Eat proper meals
Avoid going out in afternoons.
Apply hot and cold alternately to the painful joints and muscles
