Hi, practo user, Inadequate oxygen in the body causes frequent yawning to Inhale oxygen compensating O2 level in the body irrespective of other various factors, i. e. tiredness, weakness, prolonged medication.
Next Steps
Go for meditation to Inhale plenty of  oxygen, strengthening tidal volume in the lungs to ease yawning. Tke, plenty of water to hydrate your body, elemanating toxine from your  body. Ensure, 6/7 hours sound sleep in the night.
Health Tips
Avoid, junk food, alcohol and Nicotine. Tke, care.
