I am suffering from irregular periods since last year .My hormonal blood reports are attached .Is it from hormonal imbalance .My neighborhood doctor give me amycordial syrup , calex d3 and sysron N tablet .Is it beneficial in my case or not ? What should I do to regulate my period.

Hello doctor, my son is 4.5 years old . He has speech delay and we are taking speech therapy. He now can speak some sentences . He understands everything and follows all commands He Makes proper eye contact and responds to his name and Nick name.
