I have 5 mm kidney stone in right and mild hydronephrosis I am taking homeopathy treatment from a month berberis vulgaris and hydrangea arboresens q.. there is slight pain still in flank region should i continue this medicines.. is it ok taking it continuously after a month?

I had flat black spots on glans .i went to a dermatologist and was prescribed propydern NF( clobetasol propionate,clotrimazole,fusidic acid). I was not told by the chemist that i have to only use for 7 days and i didnt saw the prescription carefully.i used it for almost 1.5 months.My glans had turned whitish pink.the spots were still there but the skin of glans except those black spots was all clean.now after 8 months of stopping the cream my glans has very tiny(size of a pen's nib)raised brownish black spots all over it. what is it.can it be reversed or treated?
