Homeopathy

I have autistic son of 5 years. Whenever I give him homeopathy medicine given by doctor, his symptoms gets aggravation. When I tell this to doctors, they ask to continue medicine. Symptoms remain aggravated even after taking medicine for 2-3 months. I want to consult a doctor who can prescribe LM potency medicine.

My kid is going to be 5 years coming April. For the past 4 days she is stuttering a lot. I dunno.how this stuttering started all of a sudden. Now she is hesitating to talk. For eg if we ask a question like what colour do u like. She adds mummy bfr answering any kind of question and tells mummy mummy 10 times and then say pink. She is attending online speech therapy. She is also not galking in sentences for the past 4 days. Also for the past 4 months we are giving homeopathy treatment for speech bug no improvement. Pls advice

I am suffering from hyperhidrosis from last 5 years.I sweat a lot on my palms feet and underarms even though I don't suffer from any other medical condition.sometimes my palms and feet become cold and sometimes very hot.I also sweat in normal conditions.Can homeopathy cure this problem permanently.And if yes how much time will it take to cure.
