I am 24 yr and i suffer from ankylosing spondylitis.  There are a lot of side effects of allopathic medicine. Is there a cure for ankylosing spondylitis in homeopathy? If yes than can homeopathy solve my ankylosing spondilytis completely? During mid December 2023 i woke up to a really bad back ache and I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondilytis in March 2024. The pain was really severe during January time that I couldn't breathe during morning time, now I am taking saaz ds 1000mg I do have horizontal upper back pain but not severe and there is also pain on my side back portion of ribs on both sides.

I am not getting my periods even after taking period inducing medicine for three days I am not getting my period since march, my homeopathic doctor gave me a liquid medicine which was period inducing, he told me i will get my periods within 3 days. Today is the 4th day i am taking the medicine, still there is no periods, what can b the reason? What should i do next please suggest
