Hello doctor, my son is 4.5 years old . He has speech delay and we are taking speech therapy. He now can speak some sentences . He understands everything and follows all commands He Makes proper eye contact and responds to his name and Nick name. The problem is that he has obsession with toys and every time he remembers some toys he needs that or else he will be cranky and crying and sometimes it's very difficult to make him understand.
