I dont know why my face is swelling , i m under medication silicea 12 x for acne pores , and merc sol for dysidrotic eczema along with jaborandi 30. one ointment i m applying which us mixture drop of three medicine , can this all cause swelling?should i stop applying it , till how many month silicea 12 x will work on pores

After starting with homeopathy, my T3 has declined (towards normal range) whereas T4 has increased (away from normal range) and TSH reduced (away from normal range). What's causing this change? Should I be worried? I also read that stress or taruma triggers autoimmune disease. How can I completely cure the disease without any medications (even without homeopathy)?

After acne there is some pores and skin look very dull ,after homeopathy treatment acne is some how reduced but pores is there , dr asked me to take silicea 12 x and he gave to apply berberus aquifolium calendula and oleum drop mixture something like this which i use alternate days becaue i am afraid if this drop will dry out my face, so kindly guide me is there any medicine in homeopathy for acne pits , if yes then how many month i should wait to see result , can i skip my morning cleanser, which moisturiser i should use to avoid dehydratw and dry skin,sometimes my face look oily , sometimes dry

I don't have history of irregular period. I was in ovulation induction treatment for last 3 months. Now, period gets disturbed after stopping it. How much time it will take to go away the hormonal pills impact & back to normal cycle? And will the hormonal pill's impact will go away automatically after sometime or to regulate period to normal cycle again I have to go for some treatment ? Please advice.

Hi, I am suffering from Vertigo and dizziness since last 2.5 years now. I got all my tests done, doctor diagnosed vestibular migraine. I tried allopathic medications, but I have dizziness, imbalance while walking and vertigo episodes. Is there any cure in homeopathy for this.
