I have umbilical sinus infection at navel region, 5 years ago it's formed and with hydrogen peroxide solution and tbact ointment it's completely cured, but suddenly from last 1 month once again small watery discharge happening from the navel and stitching like pain sometimes and sometimes itching from inside happening. Day time almost no discharge and mostly small discharge happening at night time, doing warm hot press with betadine solution. Started homeopathic treatment from 22 days ago, Can it be cured totally with homeopathic treatment?

Hello doctor, my son is 4.5 years old . He has speech delay and we are taking speech therapy. He now can speak some sentences . He understands everything and follows all commands He Makes proper eye contact and responds to his name and Nick name.
