It can be due to CLS or any other psychological issues. Many times..it seems to be more due to stress, anxiety and other psychological issues. It needs to be ruled out with a CT of neck with larynx. Later plan of treatment can be decided.

A painless cracking sensation in the larynx, often described as a "clicking" sound, is most likely related to a condition called "clicking larynx syndrome," where the cartilage in the throat rubs against each other during swallowing or head movement, usually without causing significant pain but sometimes with a noticeable clicking sensation A homoeopathic treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance
