Non specific terminal ileal ulcers
Hello doctors, is there any best treatment for mild active ileitis in terminal ileam and mild active inflammation in the rectum and sigmoid please?
Please check the reports (enclosed). Is it IBD or not? If this is not IBD then what is the best treatment in homeopathy? Note that TB or carcinoma is not detected in the biopsy.
