Heart Problems & Remedies

Recently i had over loaded food after this I am getting this issue. From past 1 week my chest is paining mildy in centre. I have indigestion issue as well. I did my blood test during 4th day of periods and my hs-CRP is very high.  Vitamin B12 and D is very very low. ESR is also very high. I was diagnosed with Pcod however as of now my cycle are regular I am married women . I worried whether it is a heart attack my back side of ear is also paining and arms are having muscular pain

I have done the ECG as I have portable ECG. The interpretation is Sinus Rhythm but is the ECG clinically normal?

What could be other reasons for left chest pain daily since 10 months if 20  ecg, 2d echo, one month back done TMT is normal,recently done ecg also normal high sensitt troph normal, chest x ray normal, rbs normal, cbc normal,cunsulted cardiologist 3 times he says non cardiac problem but still pain in left chest, left hand, upper left back... All doctor s give Acidity and some pain killers like hifenac, ketrol but pain not release daily comes Iam worry sir fear of heart attack ::what other tests should i do? Next which docter I cunsulted?? :... This problem heart, spondolytis, or gastric? Which doctor i cunsulted for next sir???

I am measuring bp at home from digital machine. It shows 120-130 as systolic BP and 90-95 diastolic Bp. Is my disystolic Bp high and do I need to take some medications.

Ny echo report says good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic with reduced diastolic compliance and no pulmonary arterial hypertension Ec is normal sinus rhythm Im bit worried about my reduced diastolic compliance My bp is 120/90 most of the time and reduces to 120/80 when I take homeopathic medicine for bp ..I do jogging everyday and my weight is 72 kg and height 5 ft 6inch..iam taking homeopathy medicine ..so I change to allopathy and take telvas 20 ...and will my diastolic compliance become good again.plz advise

Mid night in between sleep I  feel safucated tounge feels very dry  heavy breathing sometimes I have Diabetic 150 170 fasting
