Pre COVID From Oct 2021 to Jan 2022 Heart Rate After Walking Up 60-75 After Eating During The Day Resting Time it stays Above 85-100 Again Night Comes Down to Waking Time 60-75 But Post COVID(65days Now)  After Eating it is coming down to 85-70 Range If I Have Sleep< 6hrs Heart Rate will Come Down to 70s During the Day Pre COVID with Activity After Recovery From COVID Resting heart Rate is Normal For Some Days With Activity Heart Rate is in 130 After Few Days Resting &Activity Heart Rate Became Normal Again Now From Past 20 Days Seeing Slow Heart Rate In 70-85s yesterday for some Time it stayed in pre COVID Heart Rate 85-100 Dont know on which day heart Rate will be same Is this Normal Variation? COVID 1st Time recovered at Home Fever stayed for 2 days Then Became normal weakness stayed for 20+ days Should I go for ECG echo? From Oct 21 Having Panic Attacks Before that I never observed my heart Rate Now Became Normal Is Panic Attacks the Reason for 85-100 Resting Heart Rate?

Hi doctor my height is 5.7 and my weight is 92kilos my bmi level is 32 I'm falling in obesity category. Can I do jogging or walking to reduce weight with some slight workout in parks. I feel too stressful in gym workouts and weight lifting. Kindly advise me on the physical activities. Should I consult dietitian to follow diet plans. I am having middle and right side chest pain every now and then since last 3 months. Did ECG in January and RBBB got detected. Now again did ECG two days back and Right Ventricular Hypertropy got detected. I am also having lightheadedness sometimes. I am planning to visit a Cardiologist. Meantime please advise whether it is a serious issue?

Twice in last 30 days my BP has gone up after consuming some salty food. Rest on all days it was normal despite having salt. I am overweight By atleast 12-14kgs . Can that be a factor? Yesterday after having salty tea my back of the head started paining a lot. I checked my BP with our home digital BP machine it was 140/90 . After that i consumed water and it went back to normal. One more question I have, how accurate home BP machines are? My lifestyle is very sedentary due to my work which is online. I consulted a doctor he said it's not the right time to start BP medications. Please suggest.

Hi I am taking medications for Sinus Tachycardia. Ivabrad 5 and Prolomet 50. My echo and Tmt were normal. Do I need to take fresh tmt and echo test now it's been 2 months since I took those tests. Do I have to repeat those tests? Do the tests have a validity?My pulse rate is in normal range these days. Can the medicines be toned down?

Hi doctor i had done stress echo 7 months back, as my lipid and lp(a) high, TG high, stress echo was normal, I smoke from last 4 years and drink daily. I feel gidiness from last 1 year that episodes comes and go along with heart palpitations and ringing in ears and feel beat in ears. and sudden feeling of skipping a beat for a second and burping. Is this heart issue? As 7 months back stress echo was normal

I am 32 years old...from few days I having pain in my lower chest in the middle going ..left and right side also...
