Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Do i have any heart issues? As 7 months ago stress echo done be effective even now

I am a cardiac and diabetic patient, undergone PTCA in 2013 and 2019.In 2021 CAG done revealed patent stents and no blockage. Cardiologist has prescribed me rosuvad 10 mg.in 2019. Since then I am losing weight, I am not obese, my weight was 64 kg,height 5'5" which has reduced to 62 kg. Can I dispense with rosu. and take some other statin e.g. atorvastatin 10 which well suits to me. Thanks.

Hello I have got my blood tests and have got high levels of cholesterol...ps last year I had also covid Total cholesterol: 269 Triglyceride: 480 VLDL 96 HDL 39 LDL134 Non HDL 230 So my question is should I take medicine for this or should I treat this by natural diet and exercise or both Medicine and lifestyle changes(including food and exercise)? Should I worry to much about my these results I had only some breathlessness issues when I take stairs Please also note that I had been on antidepressants for one years and last money only I stopped taking those medicine as per the advice of my psychiatrist by slowly tampering the does but from last month I take no anti depressant Please advice

I have a heart rate of 100-120 during day time and it goes to 80-90 when I sleep. I had ecg which showed sinus tachycardia. The echo and thyroid report was normal. What is the next step?

Hi sir/madam   I have chest pain, left hand pain and left shoulder pain   since 8 months.   I have done 4 times ECG, 2 times ECHO and 2 times TMT 5 months ago this report is normal and blood test reports are  normal doctor advised me to take Inderal 10mg (Propranolol) One year For anxiety and palpitation ( Ninght time one tab)     I have been taking this medicine for 4 months.     Can I stop this medicine?     either     repeat the test again I am worried about this please suggest me.
