I had high cholesterol levels in my test
Hello I have got my blood tests and have got high levels of cholesterol...ps last year I had also covid Total cholesterol: 269 Triglyceride: 480 VLDL 96 HDL 39 LDL134 Non HDL 230 So my question is should I take medicine for this or should I treat this by natural diet and exercise or both Medicine and lifestyle changes(including food and exercise)? Should I worry to much about my these results I had only some breathlessness issues when I take stairs Please also note that I had been on antidepressants for one years and last money only I stopped taking those medicine as per the advice of my psychiatrist by slowly tampering the does but from last month I take no anti depressant Please advice
