I have been on anxiety medicine on a year now. Recently i get very bad panic attack and doctor prescribed me with ciplar la 40 and beta anxit 20 for 4 months. He told me to if your fear feeling go away and you start feeling weakness then decrease the dose to ciplar la 20. Around 1 month of ciplar la40 , i started feeling weak and unable to walk so I decrease the dose. But one thing is bothering me that i don't feel that weakness now but around the medicine time like i take ciplar in morning around 9 , so my body start acting weird at that time. My pulse rate is fine , i checked it with hand but head start feeling weird. Once I take medicine it comes to normal and this happens on both medicine time. Is this normal ??? Please help me out. I am so scared.

He was having this diabetic medicine about 15 days and from last 5-7 days he is having heavy head and head spinning. And today we test the sugar level .it was 89. And after having some sugar and icecream it was 109 on a random test. On clinical test it is 81 fasting. So today he stop his diabetis medicine. He never had sugar level not more than 155 /113. So should he stop the diabetis medicine? As we live in a village it is tough to go in city easily .

My father has undergone CABG+BYPASS ON DECEMBER 2021. after two months he started smoking.  today he had blood vomits.  he us using acitrom 2mg. does he smoke whileon medication?

I am experiencing severe pain in left shoulder and arm, i used Volini but it didn't help. I couldn't sleep I woke up and felt a bit gasy and nauseus, I took eno. I am a bit scared if this is a heart related issue. I had covid in October and today I went swimming after 2-3 yrs for 1hour. I checked the oxymeter my RPbpm is around 90. My S triglycerides is. 239 for which. I am taking Stator F regularly, My ECG. And Treadmill. Test. Were normal But still I feel pain around heart and left arm and burning sensation near heart. What could it be ?

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Also from last 4-5 days i am feeling heaviness in centre of chest and upper abdomen Do i have any heart issues? As 7 months ago stress echo done be effective even now
