Doctor prescribed R2 10 but I went to pharmacy shop, they provided me Fortius 10. Is both same?. Or I need to replace it with R2 10.

Hello doctors, Good Day...!!! I have started gym after a 6 years of gap, before joining to gym I have taken all heart related tests like ecg, 2d echo, troponin I, tmt all were normal now after 2 days of my gym I am facing left chest pain and left hand elbow pain too, even I am facing right chest pain which is less compared to left chest, can i continue my gym i am doing both cardio and weights, doing very lightly, due to this chest pain i have taken 2 ecgs with 1 hour gap, attached kindly let me know the report analysis. I am bit scared by hearing the news like few people died due to gym.and i am 28 years old. Kindly let me know your valuable information regarding the same.bit scared with left chest pain. Thanks.

I did a ECG which gave so many adverse finding but doctor is saying ECG is completely normal looking at the graphs.I had little shoulder pain which subsided but as precaution I visited doctor.I am worried kindly guide.

I am having anxiety from one year I was using etizolem and propranolol from few months for heart palpitations. Even now if I skip etizolem for one day I feel my heart palpitations it feels very uncomfortable and scary.is this anxiety or some cardio prob why do I am having heart palpitations even when I am not anxious.my psychiatrist is saying it is because of anxiety.but I am not getting any panic or any other symtpms these days only heart palpitations if I skip etizolem why

Iam 50 years old female, high bp patient Recently 2d echo done it was 200/100mmhg my bp while doing echo IVS-16MM PWD-15MM EF-60% ALL others are in normal range Valves mitral valve thickened all others normal DOPPLER data E/A 0.9/1.2m/s, MR-grade 2 +(2jets) Tricuspid- PASP-30MMHG, TR-TRIVIAL Pericardium- normal Vegetation-nil Aortic- normal Final diagnosis Concentric lvh+ Lvdd grade 1 No RWMA no EFFUSION No clots Normal pericardium Doctor suggested me to control the bp rest is fine once you control the bp MR also get minimised, that set he didn't say much. He said cool nothing to worry if control bp and then do 2decho after 6months you get good data. Iam quiet anxious iam very active suggest anything about report
