Mild TR (PPG 25mmhg) Mild PAH (PASP 29)
Sir/ Madam
in my echo report i found Mild TR (PPG 25) with mild PAH(PASP 29) . and in my holter monitor report i found 4% ectopic beat present . otherwise everything is normal . now days i think my ectopic beat problem is solved, because i don't feel anything unusual in my heart .
now my only question is -
1) Should i worry about mild PAH ? is it a prograsive disease ? if yes, how long it take from mild to moderate - severe ? and what should i do now to prevent the prograsion ? and what will be my lifestyle ?
2) Should i worry about mild TR? is mild TR progress? to prevent the progress, what should i do ?
*Please suggest me a daily routine . what to do or what not to . my resting heart rate 72 . normal 85
Kindly reply . i am really worried about for this condition . please reply 🙏 🙏 .

Edema with Continuous Dizziness
Hello Dr, Please Help me...
Since a month, i am experiencing symptoms of edema on legs, feet, somewhat on hands and somewhat on face. This edema occurs when i sit or stand idle just even for 10 mins, legs start to swell and dizziness comes. When i elevate my legs and sleep the edema gradually goes and dizziness also goes.
I went to dr. He did 2D Echo, Serum Albumin, Serum Creatinine, BUN, Serum Albumin, Serology. All the reports are absolutely normal. NT Pro BNP. 2D ECHO - LVEF : 60%. NT Pro BNP was initially 27, 89 and 102 when last tested. Should i test NT Pro BNP again?
What will be the reason of my edema and dizziness/lightheadedness?
Please help. Am i going to die soon? Am i having any hidden heart failure? Any other test should i do to evaluate the heart's condition?

Chest pain on left side
I am having chest pain for more than 4 months. I have already done ECG, ECHO, TMT in February and all reports were normal. Should I repeat these tests again because I am very worried because of this pain.
Doctor has also prescribed me inderal la 20 mg. For how long should I take it as I have read that it is used in heart conditions and should not be stopped abruptly...

Chest pain on left side and arm pain
I am having chest pain on left side for more than 5 months and sometimes left arm pain. I have done ECG, ECHO , TMT, ABPM, 3-day holter. All reports are normal. However, as I am fearing from chest pain, my heart rate remains a bit high. My doctor has prescribed me inderal la.
I want to know that if my all heart reports are normal then why inderal la has been prescribed???
And for how long can I take it without having any side effect on heart.
