Greetings. I want to know that 45 mins of brisk walking everyday is good for overall health or not. I am asking it for myself. I have always been on the slim side of my body. No history of
diabetes or hypertension. Serum
Creatinine is 0.75. HB is 13.5. No
thyroid issues. I am 39 yrs old unmarried female. Kindly guide what else I need to do to maintain good cardiac health? I have been practicing yoga since 12th grade. Diet includes 3 meals per day with lot of nuts n legumes. I don't drink milk.
