Hello doctor, I'm having chest pain from past few weeks. Initial I had only neck pain and hand muscle pull. (I was having similar pain 2yrs ago and it was due to nerve problem) from few weeks middle chest in between breast, sometimes towards left side or right side pain is there. I'm also experiencing dizziness when I do a lot of work or when I do lot of neck moments fast or randomly also it comes. I have done ECG, it came normal. LDL cholesterol is 166mg/dl. Is there any heart related problem I should worry about. Please tell me how to reduce chest pain. I'm so worried about it.

I have done ecg,2d echo stress tmt test,all were normalbut i feel heavyness in chest,sometimes chest pain,and palpitations.i am very frightened Is this very dangerous???
