Good evening sir / madam, sometimes when i sit or lying down on bed I get sudden sharp pains in my left chest and am panicking so much whenever these pains occur, and eventually I will have to poop because of excessive worry , but this pain is not continuous subsides within 3 - 5 mins , done ecg ,echo, troponin, chest xray everything came normal even CBC also but until now no doctor has said it is what exactly am confused alot am worried about my health i dont know what to say i feel so much anxious and i will start crying whenever this pain occurs and also i feel dizzy , some doctor said costochondritis, some said anxiety, some said musculoskeletal but what it is am not knowing since February am going through this I beg you all to help me am going through very very hard phase because of my health issue recently diagnosed with kidney stone as well after taking vitamin d and calcium supplements for the pain which was prescribed. Thank youu . Am mentally lost and am mentally so ill.

Hello sir... I m 31 year old... For the last few months I have been facing chest pain.. Done ecg and 2d echo that came normal... I did a TMT test 20 days ago... And the report was normal... Brick walk daily for 50 min... But today I do my brick walk for 16 min but after walking I'm running and the pain appears on the left side chest If my TMt negative then this pain happens to me.. No problem during brick walk but running face chest pain

My father recently suffered mild heart attack and was diagnosed with 90%+ blockage in LCX artery. He went through angioplasty. Today in his followup visit, in 2D Echo test he had irregular heartbeat and LA is mildly dilated in size. Can you please suggest what does this mean and what should we do about it ?
