Can a person survive a blood pressure of 250/150 for 2 hours what is the maximum blood pressure that blood vessels can hold

Good morning sir / madam, whenever I shout louder or angry my chest is hurting , it like a poking feeling exactly near heart , since feb I had chest pain for the first time i had done ecg, echo,chest x ray , cbc, troponin all came normal but this chest pain still comes and goes , comes for seconds and subsides what could be the cause am also having depression and extreme fear whenever i get this pain my palms and feet sweat along with mild dizziness and twitching in my jaw area please reply thank you so much

My mother told me in today in the early morning that she feels pain in bewteen the chest and feels heavy in chest .. She says no pain the heart and left hand only in the between the chest .. She goes for washroom and say that now pain is ok but after some times again pain will start in between the chest .. so we go out to the hospital and BP is normal , Oxygen level is normal , ECG is also normal so the pain is of gas or somelse ..
