Last month Palpitation start day and night left side pain start All day confused Not digest food At night when i go to sleep near sleep suddenly i wake up with trouble My ecg done cheast x ray done both are normal Whats the solution! It is anxiety or heart related problem

Dr.sivabal v .i consulted you few months ago about tmt report. Recent I have done ecg uploaded. I seen bizarre r wave in lead3 . And slightly wide s  in avL leads . . Is this normal ecg ? Or LBBB OR RBBB?

My blood pressure keep fluctuating between my systolic is always below 120 but diastolic keep fluctuating between 75-90...is it normal??

My father age 72 quite active person but suddenly his bp is  like179/102 180/124 190 /122 200/130, in four days mostly it was around 180 to 170 /124, has mde history only . But he is not feeling any discomfort. He don'thave any history of high bp.

I am having mild arm pain and upper back pain on left side. I am also having sharp pain lasting fee seconds below left shoulder next to breast and under left breast too. I am having gastric issues too but not sure what is causing what. Checked for BP and heart rate and all is normal. I am worried it could be a heart attack as google suggests. Please help if i should visit ER asap?

Getting severe  heart pain suddenly and it lasts few seconds. It is happening from past few days.my ECG is normal but why I am getting this pain and I can't able to control and feeling like heart attack when I am getting this pain. Is there any serious ??

Please check the ecg reports done on 28/04/2022 and 23/07/2022 report done for left hand pain and back pain . What are the problems please tell me sir .

Hello, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am obese 116kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height. I have high BP. I have been given BP medicine Concor 5mg by Cardiologist 3 years ago. My question can I have 10mg Concor in a day say 5mg in morning and 5mg at night?👈 I recently consulted another Cardiologist, Doctor prescribed Abel40mg in morning and Abel 40mg at night total 80mg a day. I stopped having Abel because my heart beat increases to 100 or 105 while resting and it goes up to 140bpm while walking or climbing stairs inside the house. Concor 5mg keeps my resting Heart beat at 75 and walking or climbing stairs at 110bpm. Can I have Abel 40mg at night and Concor 5 mg in morning.👈 I am confused please advise.

While brick walking for 30 min and after a brick walk running for 10 min , no pain happened during walking but after running the pain  should start on the left side upper chest.... Sometimes pain feels on the left hand. I was a consultant cardiologist and they told me everthing ok and he gave me Difene Plus gel... And give me some pain killer tablets.... What should I do? My ecg, echo normal which was done in the month of April My TMT was negative done on 4 August 2022 ..

Based on the report given what is risk of developing a heart disease? What do I do to lower triglycerides?
