My heart rate remains 58 bpm while sleeping and when I wake up its 72-75 bpm and when I moving it's 90 bpm Also my BP I measured on digital bp machine at home it showed 125/86 and 127/89 Is it normal I'm little anxious about it

Sir can I take ciplar la 20 MG 3.5 hrs before ECG or Sir Will it alter Results ?? Sir because I take ciplar la 20 for Anxiety.

I am getting severe heart pain and upper back pain , left hand also. My ECG is normal and doctor said due to WBC count is high in blood i am getting heart pain.is this true and what is the reason for high WBC count?

Dr.sivabal v .i consulted you few months ago about tmt report. Recent I have done ecg uploaded. I seen bizarre r wave in lead3 . And slightly wide s  in avL leads . . Is this normal ecg ? Or LBBB OR RBBB?

My father age 72 quite active person but suddenly his bp is  like179/102 180/124 190 /122 200/130, in four days mostly it was around 180 to 170 /124, has mde history only . But he is not feeling any discomfort. He don'thave any history of high bp.
