I am 26 yrs old male. My BMI is 24.5 . I live sedentary lifestyle like always studying and walking for atleast 15 minutes daily while going for market in evening. Seeing many fit celebrities getting heart attack fears me. So I want to be confirm about my heart health. So what are the tests for checking complete heart health? Plz tell thanks.

From Last 2 3 Days Resting Heart Rate Not Coming Down at Night The Max it is coming down is only 70 Before that It Goes down up to 60 From Last 2 3 Days RHR Staying Above 90 - 100+ After 12 am It Goes Down to 80s Then after few hrs 75 70 This is the lowest I Have seen at night times Before that the lowest I have seen is 60 59 58 What is the Reason for increase in basal RHR Why it is Happening Because of any Infection?

Hi in my recent test my triglycerides has been increased from 200 to 300. I am currently using rosuvas 10mg and recently my new doctor has prescribed rosuvas f 20. So kindly suggest me if I should start using only rosuvas f 20 from now ? Or shall I continue using it with rosuvas 10 mg along with. Also is there any side effects of increased statins in body ?

I have been getting nausea, head spinning, shortness of breath and high BP. I had low BP pretty much till 2 months back and the maximum my heart rate goes up to 60s but nowadays it is going upto 102.I thought it was something related to my weight gain after covid but I have always been over weight and does COVID has a side effect on the heart like Bp and memory loss etc Kindly suggest something because I don't want to search in the Google.

I have an unconfirmed ecg report saying left atrial enlargement and mild left axis deviation but my blood pressure is around 130. Is there a cause to worry
