Heart Problems & Remedies

In the lockdown i started fear about corona.. and it was turned into heart attack fear.. one day i had heart palpitation and i thought it was heart attack.. still now i had 10 times heart palpitation.. I took 8 ecg 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray, thyroid and sugar test.. time and again the tests are came normal but i couldn't believe the doctors and reports. I always fear about heart attack and i believe that i have heart problem. Please advice how should i believe the reports. How will i overcome from this problem..

A month back I had a bp of 144/77, so doctor suggested me to take telma20, since then I'm following a good diet & walking regularly & I'm taking the medication since 2weeks but as my bp is improving 130/67 - 132/67 can i discontinue the telma20, is it safe to discontinue it or am I going to face problems after discontinuing it.

In the morning I felt a pain in the left center portion of my chest for a few seconds. The pain subsided and no further symptoms followed. Is it heart related? Please help..

Regularly taking BP medicine  at present. From last 3 days BP is very high near about 170 by 115. Please suggest medicine for that.

Hello I'm suffering from chest pain for the last 9.5 months.The pain is mild ... Done all the test like ECG and echo in the month of April and results are normal I did Tmt in the month of August 2022 and it's negative... But chest pain happens sometimes I want to discuss one thing, I m doing physical activity daily as a routine activity.. I'm doing a 30 minute brick walk then running for 1.8km and after running doing slow walking for 20 min... So all over taken 1 hr daily exercise No pain during brick walk, but running time when I cross 1.2 km pain starts not daily but sometimes... Pain is someday on the left side and some day on the right and sometimes in the middle... Should I worry about this pain or ignore it? Pain is not heavy (mild)

Hi Sir/Madam, i have done 10 ECG's 2 ECHO and 2 TMT. Everything was normal, but have left hand pain. Some times feeling scary about chest pain. My blood tests and liquid profile were normal as well. Do i need to worry about any heart related issues such as heart attack or cardiac arrest??

I am feeling stabbing pain in chest. While resting and doing anything. I got my ECG done in sept 2022 it was normal. I also have sever gastric issue. Shall i get it checked by a cardiologist?
